Return & Exchange Policy

At Maison Fonzó, every piece is thoughtfully designed with quality and everyday wear in mind.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

We gladly accommodate size exchanges, subject to stock availability.

Shipping costs for size exchanges are shouldered by the customer unless otherwise advised by Maison Fonzó.

Returns or exchanges requested without prior approval may not be accommodated.

Maison Fonzó reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
